For the first time ever, People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao personally met the reigning Miss Universe Queen Pia Wurtzbach at a special press conference on Thursday (April 14, 2016) afternoon.
As seen on the most recent Instagram post of the People’s Champ, he recently had the opportunity to personally meet the reputable beauty queen at a special press conference at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center.
Moreover, the official Facebook page of the Binibining Pilipinas organization also shared photos and videos capturing the most awaited encounter of the real life Filipino champions.

For the record, both Pia and Manny brought home international recognitions that lifted the Filipino spirit and nationalism. Back in December 2015, Pia took home the sought-after Miss Universe crown while Manny, on the other hand, recently bagged the WBO welterweight title after defeating Timothy Bradley in his most recent, and reportedly, last boxing match.
