Pope Francis expressed his gratitude to actress-turned book author Rita Avila for sending him her latest coloring books. This is the second time Rita got a letter of thanks from the Pope.
The book entitled “The Invisible Wings” aims to encourage children to do more good deeds. The letter was sent by the Vatican Secretariat of State Monsignor Peter Bryan Wells.
On her Instagram account, Rita shared a photo of the letter with the following message:
“Today I received a second message from Pope Francis thru Monsignor Peter Wells. To be honest, I am trembling out of extreme joy. I sent Pope Francis the coloring book version of “The Invisible Wings” and he was so kind and generous to send me a thank you letter again.”
