A few days back, Star Cinema announced that the official premiere date of its upcoming film, “Just The 3 of Us” got moved a week later than its original release date – May 4, 2016.
Rumors and speculations circulating on various social media websites suggest that Star Cinema moved its film’s release date to avoid the collision with international film “Captain America: Civil War.” But with the rescheduling, the StarCinema film will collide with Viva Films James Reid and Nadine Lustre starrer – “This Time”.
However, according to an upload on Star Cinema’s official Instagram account last Monday (April 25, 2016), the production company moved “Just The 3 of Us’” premiere date to achieve simultaneous international screenings.
Star Cinema’s “Just The 3 of Us” features the award-winning tandem of John Lloyd Cruz and Jennylyn Mercado while “This Time” will be headlined by the phenomenal real life couple, James Reid and Nadine Lustre.
