ABS-CBN actress-host Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla shared another “proud wife” moment when her husband, veteran action star Robin Padilla took time to reach out and condole with the farmers in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato.
Through an Instagram upload on Saturday (April 2, 2016), the ABS-CBN host expressed how proud she is of her husband who personally reached out to the farmers who are in dire need of help and assistance these days.
“that’s why we all love you!!! this morning my husband left for Davao to mourn with the families of the farmers in Kidapawan.”
Farmers from Kidapawan City and some members of the police had a clash at the Kidapawan City national highway when the farmers and a couple of militants created a barricade which lasted for three days. According to reports, the farmers were asking for the release of 15,000 sacks of rice subsidy from the government.
