Days after introducing their precious baby girl, Scarlet Snow to the public, Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho received questions from netizens as to who is the real biological parents of Scarlet.
According to a report by entertainment journalist MJ Felipe which aired on ABS-CBN’s evening news program, ‘Bandila’ on Thursday (May 19, 2016), the celebrated dermatologist affirmed that Scarlet is her biological daughter.

Vicki shared to ABS-CBN News that she and Hayden chose to undergo an In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)—a medical procedure that manually combines an egg cell and sperm cell—to bear a child trough a surrogate mother.
Moreover, the reputable dermatologist also clarified rumors and speculations that she and Hayden do not personally know who the surrogate mother is. In fact, Vicki said that they even flew to the United States to be with the surrogate mother at the birth of Scarlet Snow.
“It’s not true that we don’t know her (Scarlet’s surrogate mother). We visited the family to make sure that they were a happy family and ate well. We even stayed with them at the 5th month and for one month awaiting Scarlet’s birth.”
Scarlet Snow came into this world last March 3, 2015 but Vicki and Hayden officially introduced their unica hija just last Monday (May 16, 2016).
