“When it rains, we surf!” At least, that’s what actress KC Concepcion said.
Escaping the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila, KC, together with her half-sister Garie Concepcion and her “boo” Aly Borromeo, rode the waves of La Union last August 22, Monday.
The trio took to Instagram to share their refreshing experience on the surfboard, being carried away by the sweet waters of the Philippines.
KC, donning a bright orange rash guard, posed for a photo on her blue surfboard with a wave behind her. Garie shared a photo of her and her “Ate” riding the waves. “Sometimes you just have to ride the wave you’re given..” Not bad.. Right sis?? Thank you ate.. You know I love you. @thisiskcconcepcion #spiritfingers #sisters #love #surf,” Garie wrote on her photo.
Meanwhile, Aly congratulated KC for her successful first attempt at surfing. The football star posted a photo of him and KC getting cozy in the waters and wrote that he is “proud” of her.
“She is definitely a natural! So proud of this one rippin’ it with her first few waves!,” Aly captioned the photo.
