Son of Bongbong Marcos clarifies he did not call Enchong Dee “gay”

The eldest son of vice-presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos, Sandro Marcos, recently got involved in a controversy involving ABS-CBN young actor Enchong Dee. Allegedly, Sandro called Enchong “gay” after expressing his opinion about the ongoing vice-presidential race.

Through his personal and official Twitter account on Thursday (May 12, 2016) afternoon, Sandro and Enchong proved that despite supporting and promoting different vice-presidentiables, there is no bad blood between the two of them.

Apparently, a fake account by the name Sandro Marcos replied to Enchong’s tweet, calling the ABS-CBN actor “gay.”

To clear things up, Sandro personally tweeted Enchong and assured him that the said Twitter account does not belong to him. Based on their conversation thread on Twitter, Sandro and Enchong exchanged their apologies and proved that they are in good terms.
