With only a few weeks left before she gives birth, the girlfriend of PBA player James Yap shows off her baby bump in her maternity photo shoot.
Through her Instagram account, the Italian beauty Michela Cazzola shared some snaps taken from the photo shoot by Nice Print Photography.
