Sharon Cuneta’s daughter Frankie sings cover of ‘Chandelier,’ ‘La Vie en Rose’

Musical talent does run in the blood. With her piano and her iPhone mic at hand, Megastar Sharon Cumeta’s 15-year-old daughter Frankie Pangilinan blessed us with her soothing voice in her acoustic cover of Sia’s ‘Chandelier’.

Frankie brought her own spin to the pop song by delivering a more emotional interpretation with her piano as the instrument for the melody. The daughter of the Megastar and Senator Franklin Pangilinan uploaded the cover early in the morning just before she left for the airport.

“NOT THE BEST VERSION OF THIS BUT I DID WHAT I COULD AT 7:30 IN THE MORNING HAHAHAHA Think of it as kind of a sample. I’ll upload a better one soon, but for now, I did my best for so early in the morning (had to get this done before leaving for the airport!!!) so I’m rather paos and it might sound a little strained towards the end… nevertheless I hope it isn’t too bad!!!,” Frankie wrote on her SoundCloud account.

She also thanked people for the warm welcome she received. “Thanks for all the support for la vie en rose 🙂 never expected it to get as far as it has. Love you all!” she said.

Frankie quickly gained the attention of people when Sharon Cuneta shared Frankie’s cover of the jazz classic ‘La Vie en Rose’ by legend Louis Armstrong on her Twitter account last July 12.
