Years after being romantically linked to one another, two of this generation’s most promising artists—Bea Alonzo and Gerald Anderson—are bound to star in an upcoming film which is set to be released this 2016.
The big news was first revealed through a Twitter post by ABS-CBN Entertainment’s official Twitter account on Wednesday (April 27, 2016). According to the said tweet, the 28-year-old award-winning actress will collaborate with the 27-year-old versatile actor for an upcoming film.

Moreover, Star Cinema confirmed the good news through a couple of photos uploaded on their official Instagram account on Wednesday. Based on the said posts, Bea and Gerald already had a story conference for their team up project.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Bea admitted that the said project was not the first proposed project for her and Gerald to work on. The award-winning actress shared that her upcoming project is a product of good timing.
When it comes to working with the woman who used to be linked to him, Gerald admitted that there is nothing he and Bea can do to stop some fans and supporters in brining up his past with Bea.
Bea, on the other, confessed that it is way too early for her to tell and know if she and Gerald could fall and develop romantic feelings for each other in the making of the film.
Aside from the said film, an ABS-CBN Entertainment journalist James Banaag revealed that Bea is set to team up with various Kapamilya artists for a new teleserye this year.
“Apart from new movie, Bea will be doing a teleserye w/ Ian Veneracion, Iza Calzado, Julia Barretto and Enchong Dee.”
