In an official statement released last August 9, Tuesday, Star Creatives announced that the finale for the series ‘Dolce Amore’ will not have a “user-generated component.”
Star Creatives clarified Liza Soberano’s interview with ABS-CBN News’ Mario Dumaual wherein the actress ‘revealed’ that the finale for the drama series ‘Dolce Amore’ will be influenced by fan reaction.
In a post on it’s Instagram account, Star Creatives wrote:
“To clarify: #DolceAmore finale will NOT have a user-generated component. In context, what Liza meant in her TV Patrol interview aired today is that the team behind the show appreciates and listens to its audience. We recently concluded a user-generated poll for the FINALE CONCERT, but not for THE SHOW’S CONTENT. Hope this clarifies matters. Thank you very much!”
This was issued after Liza’s comment on the interview was misunderstood. In the said interview, Liza said: “I think most of the time, our script, we base it on what the viewers want to happen. So it’s up to you guys.”
The series ‘Dolce Amore’ tells the story of Serena (Liza) and Tenten (Enrique) in their journey to find their ‘sweet love’. The series is down to its last three weeks, leading up to ‘The Most Beautiful Finale’.
